MEETS IL MANDATES:  Lead Homicide Investigator

Actions by First Responders to any death scene directly influence investigative progression.  Initial observations, incident interpretation, event evaluation, and artifact comprehension of death related processes will dictate success or failure.  Investigative models, protocols, and documentation strategies will be presented to amplify and clarify incident assimilation.  Death scene components of victim condition, evidentiary accountability, and articulation of findings will be discussed and visualized with case studies.
