This presentation analyses the numerous changes in Criminal Law in Illinois over the last two years.  It is geared toward providing police officers with the latest information concerning criminal law.  It will consist of brief updates in areas such as Search and Seizure, Confessions and Admissions, Statutory, Construction Case Law, Constitutionality of Statutes Case Law, Sex Offenses and Offenders Law and Legislation that have occurred within the last two years.  A complete analysis of the numerous changes to Chapter 720 over the last four years will be presented.  This presentation is intended to update law enforcement officers on all areas of Criminal Law by analyzing the very latest criminal cases and legislative enactments that affect the Law Enforcement profession.
