This course will serve as a basic user certification course and or a re-certification course. Course materials provided by Axon International will obtain information related to Conducted Energy Weapons (CEWs). The course content will include but not limited to basic operations of CEWs, nomenclature of CEWs in use, proper handling and maintenance, legal updates, and case law.
STUDENTS MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING:
Students are expected to provide CEW, safety glasses, duty belt and holster for CEW, and a minimum of two live cartridges. Duty weapons and or knives are not allowed during practical section of training.
