This is a two-day comprehensive course (8 hours each) on how to navigate the new U.S. Supreme Court, lower courts, EEOC, and FCC new social media speech and policy laws.

The first day focuses on expert “Red Flag Strategies” to mitigate risk of posting illegal or harmful social media content on/off duty via personal or work issued devices.

The second day of this course, attendees will learn how the new U.S. Supreme Court and lower courts’ social media decision impact the intent and execution of your social media policy. You learn why it is essential that you reframe your social media policy as a “high risk” broadcasting agreement with your employees and other third parties.
