A two-day training course to certify instructor candidates on the techniques and procedures to properly and effectively utilize an optics equipped pistol as a patrol officer and to teach others in the methodology. This comprehensive course will address, zeroing pistol optics, draw and presentation, occluded optic shooting, target focus, use of back-up sights, and dot “tracking.”
STUDENTS REQUIRED TO BRING:
- Pistol with optic
- 3 magazines (minimum)
- Ammo Count: 350 rounds
- Duty Belt/Holster
- Range appropriate attire
- Eye and ear protection
- Notepad and pen
