The course is intended for police officers that have completed the 24-hour Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) Course. This course satisfies the Illinois Department of Transportation Sustained Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant requirement of having an SFST refresher every four years from the date of the officer’s last completed certified training.
