An eight (8) hour training designed to focus on understanding multigenerational law enforcement. The base reason for generational traits will be explored for the three generations now working in law enforcement. We will review the influence that technology places on intergenerational law enforcement. Key aspects of each generation will be explored in such areas as communication, relationship to citizenry, technology, leadership, work/home balance, community relations, view of law enforcement commitment, as well as other areas of differences.This eight (8) hour course is divided into four (4) modules.UNIT 1.
