Use of Force Ti-Training Simulator Scenarios with Group Debriefs

This 8-hour program has been designed to use the latest and advanced video, laser, RF and programming technology to provide and intuitive, easy to maintain training tools. These tools are designed to aid in teaching Public Safety Personnel to perform their duties effectively and safely.Instructors will run students through simulated scenarios to show proficiency in de-escalation, and/or the use of reasonable force needed to effectively resolve the situation.The Officer will be able to recognize what the threat is and make the appropriate decision to defuse the situation. The Officer will also be able to use the necessary amount of force that dictates the situation. Each officer will be critiqued/debriefed individually, as well as participate in group debriefs, after each scenario.
