CLICK ON DOWNLOAD FILE FOR MORE INFORMATIONThis 2-day performance-based handgun course is designed to help students correct issues in their mechanics, marksmanship, manipulations, and movement. Students will leave with a better understanding of what mastering the fundamentals means and what performance-based training is and involves. This course will also provide students with the knowledge and skills required for them to better diagnose their flaws while shooting. Topics include but are not limited to administrative rules and requirements, safety rules, use of force and de-escalation techniques, establishing a proper zero (red dots), 7 fundamentals, 3 core fundamentals, acceptable accuracy, balance of speed and accuracy, speed reloads, movement, as well as importance of dry fire practice. This class will be LIVE ACTION.Students will be required to bring the following:� Duty Handgun (No subcompacts/revolvers)� Minimum of 3 magazines� Duty belt/belt that has at least 2 magazine pouches on it and duty grade holster� Recommended 850 - 1,000 rounds of quality ammunition� Eye and hearing protection (ELECTRONIC HEARING PROTECTION PREFERRED)� Note taking material� Hydration and snacks� Shoes to run in� Appropriate weather gear
