Morning Session

• Wearing seat belts and maintain safe vehicle speeds

• The power of What’s Important Now (W.I.N.)
• The threat of complacency

*** Train the Trainer Afternoon Session: (Morning and Afternoon)

This 8-hour presentation includes the High-Level Overview program (4 hours) and an afternoon Train-the-Trainer portion which will equip trainers to conduct risk assessments, examine policy and make changes in necessary, and present the Below 100 program within their own agencies.

Topics to be addressed include the following:

• Challenges inherent to police culture and effecting organizational change
• Wearing seat belts and maintaining safe vehicle speeds
• Wearing body armor
• The power of What’s Important Now (W.I.N.)
• The threat of complacency
